City of Smyer Availability Fee Notice
Beginning October 1, 2025, the City of Smyer will implement an Availability Fee of $53.00 per month for all properties within the city limits that are not currently connected to the City’s water system.
This fee supports the ongoing maintenance and operation of the water system infrastructure, which remains available should a property owner choose to connect in the future.
